TERMS & CONDITIONS – THE CORE CO (WHOLESALE)

General

By accessing and placing an order with The Core Co, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all wholesale (B2B) transactions.

Order Placement Process

  • The Core Co will then share the payment details via WhatsApp.

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation through WhatsApp.

Payment Terms (Full Prepaid Only)

  • All orders are strictly 100% prepaid.

  • Payments are accepted via GPay or Bank Transfer only.

  • Orders will be confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • A confirmation message will be be shared on WhatsApp after successful payment.

No Return / No Refund Policy

  • All orders are final.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Buyers must verify all details (sizes, quantities, specifications) before placing the order.

Manufacturing & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders require 5–15 working days for manufacturing.

  • Additional 5–7 working days are required for courier/delivery, depending on the destination.

  • Timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational factors.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Shipping will be arranged via Courier / Porter / Borzo or similar logistics services.

  • All logistics, courier, and delivery charges are to be borne by the client.

  • The Core Co is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Right to Cancel / Refuse Supply

  • The Core Co reserves the absolute right to cancel, refuse, or delay any order at its sole discretion, even after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

  • The Core Co cannot be compelled or legally forced to supply goods under any circumstances.

  • In such cases, liability (if any) shall be limited strictly at the discretion of The Core Co.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Core Co shall not be responsible for any business losses, including but not limited to:

    • Product launch delays

    • Marketing or photoshoot expenses

    • Missed sales opportunities

    • Brand or reputational losses

  • Any delays in manufacturing or dispatch shall not make The Core Co liable for compensation or damages.

Risk & Responsibility

  • All goods travel at the client's risk once dispatched.

  • The Core Co is not liable for damage, delay, or loss during transit.

Product Nature

  • Products are supplied in bulk and may have minor acceptable variations in color, GSM, or finishing.

  • All products are unbranded and intended for customization/resale.

Acceptance of Terms

  • Placing an order confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to all terms mentioned above.

  • These terms are strictly non-negotiable.
